Ingredients: White fish, wheat flour, water, palm oil, food starches, thickeners, sugar, raising agents, salt, corn flavour, butter flavour, colour.

Cooking instructions: Cook from frozen.
- Deep fry: deep fry in preheated oil at 180C for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. drain well before serving.
- Conventional Oven: preheat oven to 220C. Place frozen fish on a preheated baking rack and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown, over halfway through cooking.
- Air fryer: preheat air fryer to 200C. Fill up the basket with frozen fish. (Do not overload, 1 layer is enough). Cook for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. Store at or below minus 180C. Do not refreeze.
